Spring semester is in full swing!
Mikayla is so excited to be apart of The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute's spring production of The Minutes, directed by Attilio Rigotti. It's set in the town of Big Cherry at a city council meeting. Mikayla will be playing Ms. Johnson, the city council clerk who holds all the secrets.
The show opens on March 12th and runs until the 14th. While it is a quick turn around, she is so excited to be apart of such a great show.

We're going back!
Mikayla was so excited to have the opportunity to work on the set of Haus of Disko, a feature film staring Emma Myers from Wednesday!
This experience was so amazing for her. It gave her more experience with being on set and she also drove for the first time in NYC. It was freezing that week on set and while she was outside for the most part, she wouldn't change it for the world. She did learn that a candle is a great source of warmth when your hands are frozen.
Ending the semester strong with Mikayla's FIRST professional show in NYC!
This is her second semester doing a cabaret directed by Michael Kushner. Bells, Whistles and Everything In Between was such a special night surrounded by her family and friends. She performed at The Laurie Beechman theatre alongside many of her friends.
She performed a solo to Barbara's Jingle Bells and it even featured her playing the trumpet! It was a night she will never forget.

One of Mikayla's FAVORITE holidays is here!
Halloween is here and instead of trick or treating... she took Billy Griffin's Halloween Spotlight class.
It was a night full of amazing choreography and people. It has now become her new favorite tradition and she can't wait to do it again next year!
